"My daughter has thick long hair she’s in junior high school she just wanted a inch or two cut off she made it more short then I mentioned to do a few layers here and there I asked for she over did it and didn’t ask me and took it opon herself to do so and went in and thinned out her hair, it’s been months and it hasn’t grown back the thinned out part I took her to a salon for a haircut months later they said the place you went to prior thinned it out Incorrectly a owner at a salon had to fix it I saw and felt how thin my daughters hair was and the stylist said what she did I didn’t want to complain etc I had my other daughter with but she ruined my daughters hair at the time I wouldn’t recommend going here never again be careful when you ask for layers they over do it or use a technique to thin out your hair that’s done incorrectly. Proceed with caution’"

"Maggie was awesome and super nice, but the manager Chris showed up and kicked my SO out of the chair she was in. She said she had to cut her dad's hair, and when finished she just left. Completely rude. (The other stylists said that she does that all the time and there is no helping it since she is the manager.) My SO was super happy with her cut and highlights, but not with that manager/experience. If that is how she treats customers we probably won't return."

"It was the biggest mistake to go there. The girl clearly doesn't have any idea how to do a very simple haircut! I have seen many beginners, but this time, I suppose she didn't have any haircut in her life. Probably, i was her first client ever. Or maybe she was doing training on me, I don't know . But after this place I had to go to pay again for an other haircut with hope they can fix the problem:/"

"Biggest pet peeve at salons with no minorities people say they can do textured hair but don't know which tools to use. I asked Can you cut African American hair? Yes. I asked You can do a fade? Yes we all can. 5 min later. How do you detangle his hair. He will be more comfortable if you come it mom. It's all the tangles (tight curls)I can't get the clippers through. Me:We usually use the plastic guards at home try that. Plastic guards get through hair but she is obviously uncomfortable and gives up with his hair looking a hot mess. I asked her to keep cutting as it was uneven and looked a hot mess. My son usually has no problem getting haircuts but at this spot he cried and was generally miserable. She had the nerve to still charge and to keep tip without asking if I wanted change. I took him somewhere else to fix his hair. Shouldn't have gone there but was looking for a place close to his school. Never again. If you don't know how to comb through it you can't cut black hair. Say so up front. Shame on you."
