"The service was very just ok. I had an appointment for Gel X and was completely underwhelmed. They had only one option for the nail extension which was medium - I wanted long and the nail technician looked at me as I asked for long and said “is this not long enough?”…. So rude. But there’s more. A gel x appointment typically takes 2.5 hours and my technician just kept looking at the time as she was doing my nails almost as if she was in a hurry. Simple asks like “can I get one more coat” she seemed very annoyed and inspected the time. At the end she told me to wash my hands and I’m “all Set”… do we not oil our customer hands? Lotion? She goes “I can give you a bit of oil”…. Huh? This is all expected in a nail salon. My nails turned out just ok but I don’t come to nail salons for “just ok”. I unfortunately will not be returning. Get better staff and more equipment."

"I called looking for Gel-X & it was available! I was greeted by a friendly staff. They had me seated as I waited for my nail tech. They asked what could they bring me to drink. They had pop, water , AND Slushies. So I totally took the slushy lol. Amy did my nails. She was very quick and thorough. They have so many nail selections and styles available. Foil, Gel-X, Nail Art, and other options. They also have pedicures and waxing available. The store is very clean and well kept. Bright spaces, and cool ceiling art."

"I had a nail appointment for a no chip manicure this past Thursday. The staff were very friendly and gave me mostly what I wanted. But I wish that the blue was more solid on all of my nails and that it wasn’t already peeling and chipping off 5 days later. Pretty disappointing."

"I’ve gone here a couple times with my sisters or mom and everyone who has helped us has been so sweet!! My younger sister is 10 and they treated her to a manicure too so she could be included- not saying they do this every time but it was very generous of them. I’ve never had dip nails before and they answered all my questions and I was SO happy with the shape and how they came out. My nails were very chipped and uneven lengths but they used liquid dip and acrylics to make them all even. It was very thought out and cheaper than other places too. Dip lasted me around 3-4 weeks too! I highly recommend!"

Amy is so creative and talented and just knows how to create my wanted nail look! if i could rate this place more stars i would!"
