"So rude! I spent $150 on a gift card for my roommate who goes there all the time and they were rushing me out of the door . I was shocked at the customer service the people are way cooler at Waukegan nails and actually are kind patient and respectful to their customers. I was really irriated at that I would never go to them for nails. I work in service since 16 to 29 and am aware of how hard they work I do the best I can at being kind loyal and not stingy to anyone who takes care of me in service positions when I'm out. So I can only be upset that people who come into a place like nails hair restaurants... they just wanna enjoy it and u can never know what someone is like until after u take care of them and I feel they just wanted the money and then bye u can leave. That's super bogus I even said something cuz I was embarrassed at the way they treated me, i felt heated... anyways I know that kindness is essential period when u deal with anyone u first meet thats the first impression and I saw a man outside who said something even and I told him about it he said his wife does nails and can do anything I need so at least that was a God thing. People on the street u meet can be kinder even. It did make me realize how much I appreciate my nail people, Melissa and hair lady. TIP PEOPLE GOOD AT LEAST 30% AND APPRECIATE THE KIND ONES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE"

"the worst Nail salon i’ve ever experienced with my nails. they are so rude & unprofessional. only care to get money out of the client. If you don’t want to get nail Fungus like i did choose a different cleaner nail salon, this place doesn’t Disinfect their tools, hand rests are filthy disgusting. THE WORST PLACE! save yourself the time & money and look elsewhere. This place gave my nails fungus."

"Worst customer service ever. They acted like I did not know what I was talking about, plush they keep taking in their language. So disrespectful. Tbh not worth it at all. There is only one nice girl and a guy that work next to each other and do a decent job. Aside from them, they do awful work and do not hold themselves accountable. I get my nails done constantly and have never had an issue it another salons. Definitely go to Beautiful Nails on Green Bay Rd. Instead. Tell them Michelle recommend."

"The guy left polish all over the edges of my fingers it looks like a child painted my nails. He also tore my cuticles up with the electric file, it hurt so bad. I have a matte top coat and you can see how bumpy the polish is, does not look smooth at all. They were busy so I felt like he was rushing to get me out of there. Really wish I hadn’t paid for this. Also when I paid- the 15% tip option had the amount of a 20% tip, yes people know how to do math! Thought that was very scheming."
