"Went in to get a basic over lay , the paint job was sloppy and all my nails were shaped differently. Two days later my two thumb nails were throbbing due to hang nails ( which I never experienced before ) I went back up there to show the Owner she was really rude and told me I needed a manicure after spending $85 which should have included the manicure. I’ve been a loyal customer since the age of 14 when you guys were in Walmart. I asked if she could help me because I was in pain. She told me I could pay for a manicure. And there would be a charge to take off polish. Very disappointed ☹️"

"I'm just very upset that I wasn't told that there was going to be an extra charge for my pedicure. Be very leery about any procedure that you have done here. When I was asked if I wanted something, I barely could understand the lady, and she went ahead and did it anyway. I don't have a lot of these fancy pedicures done, so I didn't understand.. I believe anything out of what I asked for should have been told to me ahead of time before proceeding that there would be an extra charge. I love what they do here, but I think it's a bit Shady that we are not told ahead of time that there would be an extra fee."

"I am very disappointed… I took my 6 year old daughter here for her very first mani pedi & I decided to get a no chip pedicure myself… well, the lady charged me a total of $150 & asked how much I wanted to tip I told her $15 so she charged me $170… 150+15= $165 not $170… not only that but I was shocked by the price of the service bc I was under the impression my pedi was $60 & my daughters was &40… the lady looked at me and said it’s a extra $40 for my daughter bc she got no chip on her hands n toes and an extra $20 for myself because I got no chip… I’m sorry but $80 for a 6 year old no chip mani pedi is absolutely ridiculous! Never did anyone ever mention to me that no chip is additional charge… I just feel taken advantage of… I spent a total of $180 here today just so I can get my daughter her first mani pedi and myself a no chip pedi… got hustled for $150 for services then gave my daughter $10 cash to give to her nail tech & told the lady to tip my lady $15… looked like she took it on herself to tip her $20 tho… idk just really upset I spent almost $200 here… I wouldn’t ever spend that on the little amount of service we received… I was fine paying $100 but come the hell on… I got took for a extra $60… very disappointed… since we were the last clients the lady just rushed us out the door didn’t care that I was concerned about the price or anything… I even told her $170 is a lot are you sure… you need to have signs up so people can know the real prices… she just said have a nice day thank you… went from a great experience to really whack really quickly… just can’t fathom spending that much money for us there less than a hour!!!!!! I will never go back here again. The owner is whack… she sat in her car & seen I was upset about the price but did nothing but left with her crew…. Lesson learned."

"It was a very cute place but my nails are already all lifting. Two completely fell off. I paid over $100 for a full set. My nails have NEVER lifted or fallen off in such a short period of time. Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude & said they couldn't help. My first time here & will be my last."

"UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner via phone. When I called back, Giselle at the desk was so rude. Do better, Giselle! However, the owner was very kind and fixed my nails free of charge. He got me in within an hour of speaking on the phone. Thank you so much Daniel!!!!! I absolutely appreciate you calling me to rectify the situation. I don’t see an option to add new photos, but my nails are MUCH better. I will be returning. —————— I just left this salon. I’ve been here twice before and thought I’d give it a try again. The pedicures have always been satisfying and I didn’t mind paying what they charge. These nails on the other hand are a struggle. When I ask for my polish to be applied thin, please listen. Look at the photos. I wear my natural nails and nothing looks natural about these. Also, I had to request several of my nails be redone and they still turned out messy. I don’t mind their prices, IF my nails look good. For an eyebrow wax and THESE nails, I paid $73. My nail tech was kind and apologetic, but she just couldn’t get the nails together. These nails are quite embarrassing."
