"Call ahead of time before i came the shop was only had 4 customers in it of course they were white. I was told over the phone that they could do my nails and they do offer the services i was requesting but as soon as i walked into the shop i was turned away the guy was rude and i was very embarrassed by how i was treated all because the color of my skin. I get it we are in the suburbs but that’s no excuse to be treated this way. I’m also making report of the situation to the BBB and Encourage others not to support this place if they can’t serve and treat everyone equally."

"They do not know what they're doing. I'm a licensed cosmetologist, the man was rude. My toenails were crooked. Told me it was the angle I was looking at them. I think you need to have straight toenails for need straight toenails for a pedicure. Didn't seem like their tools were clean, either."

"It's my go to nail salon. Clean and bright. Friendly staff. I like that they take extra steps like wrapping the pedi bowl with plastic for each new client. Very sanitary. They are also taking many precautions with COVID screening and social distancing."
