"Ordered a bunch of different kayaks for a trip. Called a few days later to confirm when we’d get them. Fast forward a week later - order canceled. No notice or options give. Can’t get them elsewhere in time. Horrible customer service - was told “buy them elsewhere. Not our problem”"

"I purchased a pool on June 6th. Only because it says it’s available and unfortunately they only had the pool not the pool kit so I had to order the rest (liner, filter and pump) outside this store. Yesterday June 9th I called the store to confirm when my order will be coming (since they offer fast shipping) and when talking to customers service she told me I order a pool that was out of stock. Here is a picture where you can see their website does NOT say is out of stock! ( I post a picture of one out of stuck and the others in stock so you can see the difference. Customer service told me they will confirm with provider to see if I will be getting my pool and they will send me an email within 24hr. Well I just checked my email and it says I will be receiving a refund( does not even say why am I getting a refund) so I’m guessing pool is not available. But I went back to their website right now and guess what?! pool is showing available. Now even if I want to go buy a pool somewhere else I have to wait who knows how long for my refund. Plus don’t forget I had purchased a liner, filter and pump that now is no use to me. Do NOT recommend this store."

"PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER IMMEDIATELY I was excited to find the kayak I wanted at $105 less than online competitors, and that it would arrive "FREE FAST SHIPPING 3-10 Days!" I almost bought it off Amazon Prime to get it sooner, but the $105 was enticing. I'm sad I took the bait. I've been trying for 3 days to find a tracking status, or number, or some indication it has been shipped. As you can see from the attached image no where does it say it's out of stock (sometimes image uploads are delayed by Google, but I did attach one). I've called and left messages, no response, no option to wait on the phone to get to speak to someone. I don't see a place to cancel my order, to order from somewhere more responsive with better customer service. I could have had the Kayak today or tomorrow had I gone with a more established vendor (I didn't realize it wasn't really a superstore, but a very small business, until I read the Good reviews). PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER IMMEDIATELY. I've placed a cancel request ticket on your website, and left phone messages. UPDATE: I found a really unprofessional response from the owner on the BBB site. It's amazing: "Unfortunately there is a worldwide pandemic right now, not sure if you heard or not. Please turn your tv on and check it out." and "Maybe we could try to have a unicorn make a basketball hoop out of ferry dust and ship it to you with a flying dragon next time." This toxic business is better off avoided."
