"I went into this salon yesterday and I asked for a french tip full set. One of the workers started doing my nails and he was shaking uncontrollably, tried to do the french tip and it was very clear he didn’t know what he was doing. I finally said something and he had to have another worker step in and he admitted he did not know how to do french tip. I would been okay if he said from the start he didn’t know how to do that design, however we were an hour into my appointment and with the other worker fixing it i was in there for over 2 hours. Awful shaping and overall a not good experience. Also she ended up doing another design that was not what I asked for. For 70 dollars it should’ve looked a lot better than this. Will not be back."
