"Used to be a good place for a standard mani and pedi! Last few times have not been good and I actually was cut by the nail tech and bleeding during my last pedi. I tried to communicate this to the front desk and I got a laugh and “oh ok I don’t know there’s different people”! What!? Will look for new place!"
"Had a terrible experience last month getting a dip manicure here. Was hopeful during the process, as she paid great attention to detail, but after I left I had to turn right around because she put a gel top coat on without using the light to set it and the manicure was ruined. Still after getting them “fixed”, my nails were a mess. Called back later about getting them redone the next day or a refund and the lady rudely told me she didn’t need my money, so I wouldn’t recommend spending yours here. Limited color selection for dip powders, as well, and took over two hours for a one hour service. Rushed through at the end because her next appointment was starting."
"Completely blown away at the level of professionalism at this salon. First of all clean, comfortable and impeccable work. I normally hate getting my nails done because I never know what I’m going to get. This was my first time here and honestly this is how getting your nails done should be like. Not stressful but chill and getting your money’s worth. Toney was the tech that worked on me and I never want to go anywhere else."
