"I was very pleased with the service I received. I had an appointment for a pedicure and my person called off sick. They were able to service me. I think her name was Lauren had some extra time on her books and she did my pedicure. She did an excellent job and I was so happy that I got my pedicure. I have been going to Octagon for many years and have never been disappointed. The receptionist was very nice. They both were very accommodating and caring."

"Not great. Several choppy/poorly blended haircuts the past few times I’ve been there that took 2+ hours to complete. I recently went to another salon while I was on vacation and got bangs. I needed them trimmed since it’s been about a month and a half. The person cutting my hair today at Octagon was clearly not listening to a word I said, hardly looked at the reference picture I showed her and my bangs look nothing like they did a month and a half ago. They are way too thick and blocky. It’s so ugly, I hate it. The more I look at it the more I hate it. There’s literally nothing I can do except wait for them to grow out. Never coming back here again. Brow service was average. I do not recommend coming to this salon at all"

"They were very friendly, and Alicia who did my hair was amazing! My hair turned out so pretty, but now 4 days later mt hair has faded so bad that you can’t even see highlights now, and the red faded too. I’m pretty upset I spend $237 for my hair for it to fade this quick!"

"I've been to Octagon three times now, once for a haricut for myself, once for a bayalage color, and I took my daughter here for a haricut. All three times we saw Melissa and all three times were a fantastic experience. Not only is she a skilled stylist, she is sweet and friendly and made us feel pampered and special. I have never had a stylist who did exactly what I asked her to and had such a wonderful personality. I will recommend her to anyone I meet! Thanks Melissa!"
