As each boy got there hair cut we waited out side in a sitting area with a table the stylist came out to ask me how I wanted the hair cuts and they even offered water. Night and day difference from the experience I had at another place today."

"Worst customer service I've ever received and I didn't even get cut. I arrived the first time during posted business hours and was told that "they're closed" even with the doors open. The second time I showed up as a walk in and approached the barber with an empty chair. I asked how much for a basic lining and received 3 different prices. After telling me the prices I asked for service and was told an appointment was needed. I asked if I could wait and was told to "ask the other barbers" Everyone claimed to have appointments with only about 2 other customers in the building. I left very disappointed with no intentions of ever coming back."
