"My experience is similar to the other 1-star reviews. I asked for a simple heart design for Valentine’s Day. They said they could do it. The left pic is what I asked for. The right pic (pink nails) is what I got. It looks nothing like what I asked for. And what I got was after 3 nail techs attempted to do the design. They asked me if I liked it. I said, “no, I don’t. It’s not what I asked for”. I feel it would’ve been proper to not charge me for the design. But, they still did, despite the fact that it looks nothing like what I asked for and I reiterated my dissatisfaction. If you can’t do a design, just say that. I would respect that more than having multiple people “practice” doing the design on me. I would actually return if there was some kind of integrity and accountability, especially with me being loyal to them since moving to Illinois. I will not be returning due to the lack of integrity, accountability, customer service, and the “audacity” to still expect a tip."

"The nail tech with the auburn red hair was slightly rude, rough and did a poor job. The service quickly went downhill when I requested short and even nails. She informed me long nails are nice. I appreciated the recommendation, but I’m not Cardi B, so I would like to maintain my short professional nails. My nails are uneven, specs in the polish, and very thick and uneven. I’m very disappointed with the service and treatment. I do not recommend this nail tech. However, the other nail techs appear to have done a good job on other customers."

"I had grown 10 beautiful, long and healthy nails. Last week I had my tips removed to be replaced with overlay. Not aware the person who serviced me was not skilled to do a overlay until I came back and complained after 3 days. My no-chip nail polish cracked on 6 of my nails. My natural nails began to chip and break. The manager was so mean to me. She said that she would re-polish but I would need to pay an additional $45 for a overlay. No way. I've been a customer for 2 years and never had an issue like this. They will not receive anymore money from us. Bad business just want your money for the casinos."
