"I can not speak to the nails, they look lovely but I will never know. Apparently as a first time customer I was to know to book a removal and process. While this seems logical, I have NEVER booked a nail appointment this way so I was not aware to look for those separate services. I had to walk out disappointed with my nails not done since there was not enough time for the service I desired. The salon emails you SEVERAL times before your appointment maybe a new customer questionnaire would be helpful to ensure proper booking and it is just good customer service to not assume someone new knows how to schedule properly."

"Hilda has been doing my nails exclusively for a year. I went to her with damaged nails and cuticles and appointment by appointment she has been able to restore both. She introduced me to gel over my natural nails and I haven’t looked back. Her attention to detail is top tier. She listens and provides great feedback. Her art/designs never disappoint and she is an absolute sweetheart. I would love to gate-keep her but she’s too amazing to not share!"

"Cherry always blows me away every time I come to see her! My nails used to be extremely brittle and thin from just a year of acrylics. These are not extensions and are actually my natural nails! I love builder gel! Cherry is so friendly and always takes her time with my mani’s. She always takes into account what design I want and always surprises me with what we end up coming up with! I love my nails so much. This is simple, but the cat eye french brings such a pop. I’m definitely going to continue coming back for a very long time. I don’t trust anyone else with my nails considering how long they have grown naturally!"
