"Best meat market, the thick cut bacon is the best. Sirloin steaks are awesome, the lunch meat and cheese selections are awesome. The staff is really sweet and helpful. I go there for all my grilling meat and for all cuts of beef and chicken. Great selections of meat, fresh, and cut to the thickness I like."
"Lets start by saying we Love Schneider's Quality Meats. But needed some beef tallow. Just a 1/4 lb (4 ounces ) or less for my cat. My cat has a skin allergy and will scratch herself to scabs. A little snibble of fat once in every other feeding or so really clears up her skin and makes her coat look great. But it is the start of deer season and NO Beef Fat available until after deer season. But how long will that be when you make summer sausage, smokie sticks and hamburger til December. Our fault for running out I guess. I guess we will have to buy a steak with a big fat ring around it, to get her some. Bought some brats and headed home."

"Decent enough local butcher. However, twice there have been times they have let me down. I've called in two special order for special occasions well in advance of the date, and there have been issues with completing the orders. I'm unsure why when I'm spending in excess of $250 for one order, they have made mistakes. Both times I've placed the order, called back to confirm and was given a date to pick up the order, and the day of, no one knows anything about it and has to work to sort it out. This last order, they were not able to get a specific item I asked for and I didnt know this was going to be an issue until I picked it up. Twice in a row this has happened. It's a good store, clean, great selection, but I'm not please with the service and I hope it's just just bad luck on my part."
