"I have gone to pricey salons where my haircut cost $50 to $80 and inexpensive ones which cost $25 to $35 . I have a layered hair cut which is more of a challenge . Freda was a referral and she does a great job cutting layered hair. She's friendly and listens to what you want done. Prices at Best Haircuts very reasonable ."
"Don was very unfriendly, maybe even racist. She needs to find other field of work. I been to a lot of salons, no one has been as rude as she was. It was very shocking and sad. Don’t go to Don if you ever come to this place. Unless you want to get treated poorly. Never coming here again!"
"Poor customer service. Don treated my mom as if she didn't understand English just because of her accent. We are both hijabi women and she acted as if accommodating for us was the most painful thing in the world. She was very racist and very inconsiderate and very very poor customer service. However other staff were so kind and advocated for our needs. But with Don's rude remarks it was very hard for any of us to be heard."
