"Had a haircut with Lupita, I feel awkward everyday afterwards, especially for the band. Despite of the good reviews, I don’t think she knows about Asian hair. Picture 1 is current, Picture 2 is my previous haircut. Also, their shampoo made my scalp really itchy and dry, 2 weeks after, I am still struggling with the situation."
"got a haircut with George and loved it when he was done styling but when I washed it at home I realized the cut was done very poorly. My layers and lengths were completely uneven on both sides. When I went back to show the salon owner she insisted on “positioning” my hair differently to hide the poor haircut. Very disappointed after all the good reviews I had read."
