"I bought a $160 Groupon for a Brazilian Blowout. When I called to make an appointment, I was informed it would cost extra for long hair. I have had many before at other places, so I expected to pay $30-40 more. The owner, Pat assured me she would give me a very good deal, not to worry. When it was time to pay, she charged me $80 extra. This is a ridiculous amount! I paid $260 with aGroupon! My hair looks nice, we will see how it lasts, but I feel ripped off. The place looks dirty. It's below NO FRILLS. It was An 85° day and she didn't want to run the air conditioner. I said I was very hot, she opened the front door but there was no breeze. It was difficult to be uncomfortable for the 2 1/2 process."
