"I ordered something online and paid online. The same day I got a call from the store saying they canceled my order because it was not in stock. They never refunded it on my credit card. I called the corporate office they said the local store would call me and refund me. After a week I called them and they told me it was marked that I picked up the order! It was not in stock, how could I pick it up? Still waiting to hear back from the manager..."
