"I wish I could give no stars on the customer service. The associate gave me 15 minutes wait time to fill the balloons and she wasted 14 minutes chit chatting. On the 15th minute there was a long line at the counter and she wasted my 40 minutes. Super annoyed, never coming back!!"

"Came in for party decorations that were music themed. They didn't have a big selection but we got creative and found what we could use. I love the organization. The color coordination too. Makes it easy for themed parties to find decor for. Lots of supplies to use for any event. Customer service was good for me too. Not a long wait and easy check out. I love the dobby holding a sock at the front too. Very cute."
"A little update on this: when they “answered”my review, they apologized for the waiting. Do they even read what their customers say? I did not complain about the waiting, but about their lack of consistency between what they say. And what they do. As well as their BAD customer service. People at the cashier have no idea about the rules that they have in their own store. I went to get a custom, and BEFORE doing the purchase I asked, if it was possible to do a size exchange, in case it did not fit my dog. And they told me it was possible as long as I did it the same day. I went back, and the same cashier lady, told me she had to double check. So, she called her supervisor, which was a guy with 0 good manners. Super rude, that just said sorry it is not possible, it says on the receipt. Ok, I would agree with that, but I asked before I get the receipt. Not happy with that, he left while I was taking, (again extremely rude). At any moment I was rude at him, but of course I was annoyed about the situation. However, the cherry on top was that when I was leaving, they had the “audacity” of saying “thank you for shopping here” are you kidding me?? Was that a bad joke? Will never shop here again!!"
