"I hate this place. I went there to get layers and ended up with hair shorter in the back and long in the front. The lady cut my hair backwards. Not only that, but there are little piece of my hair that are still long because she forgot to cut them. On top of all this, I had a coupon for a $9.99 haircut and she made me pay 15$ for such a bad haircut. My hair looks terrible and she cut it shorter than I wanted it. I now have to fix it which will leave my hair shorter than ever. I’m so upset and I’m never coming to Great Clips again."
