"VERY RUDE. I made an appt with a stylist named Dana. I have long hair and just needed a trim. I made the appt for 6:30pm because my husband gets home from work at 6pm and I need him to watch our young twins. Dana even confirmed the 6:30pm time slot with a voicemail on my cell phone. So the day of my appt, I was running behind and walked into the salon 5 or 6 minutes late. Now if this was a stylist would cared about her clientele, she could have been polite and said something like "I'm sorry but because you are a bit late, you'll have to reschedule". But she didn't. I walked in, and while working on another client, Dana looked over towards me and said, "what r u here for". I said, "Hi I'm Michelle I have an appt for a trim with Dana" She rudely says, "You're late. You'll have to reschedule" and turned back to her client. I replied, " I have to reschedule for being 5 minutes late?" Then Dana replied, "No, you're 35 minutes late." As kindly as I could I explained to her that my appointment was at 6:30. But she wouldn't believe me and kept saying no your appointment was at 6. Again I told her I would never make an appointment at 6 because my husband doesn't even get home from work until 6 the earliest I would ever make an appointment would be at 6:30. She became very defensive and claimed she never made mistakes, blah, blah, blah and I didn't want to fight with this lady anymore. So I had to be the better person and I just left before things got out of hand. This lady HAS NO PROFESSIONALISM, NO CLASS, AND NO RESPECT. I wonder if her hair cutting skills match her people skills. Oh well it's her loss because I tip really well. Hair stylists are a dime-a-dozen, so I'll find another one."
