"I was shopping at this Walmart, and I decided to go get my eyebrows threaded, tinted as well. They look kind of those kinda zigzagging but it washed off and I did use my work card in the very next day someone scam me had my card information in was using my card taking money off at different locations in this was the last place that I use my card pay with cash ONLY next time!!"

"I asked my lady if she could keep my eyebrows thick and she thinned them out even more to the point my brows don't even match my face. Never trusting this place again"

"I went to get my eyebrows done and I specified so many times that I just wanted a clean up and to not leave my eyebrows thin. the lady agreed, however she left my eyebrows the exact opposite of how I asked. She even took off a patch of hair from one eyebrow to make it extremely uneven and different from the other. I told her and she explained that it wasn’t not a patch of hair missing and insisted on fixing it. I told her no because I didnt want to make the eyebrows thinner than they were. but she kept insisting and ended up thinning them up even more."

"I signed in and the girl asked me to come back in 30 minutes because she was eating. Since I signed in my spot should have been saved. But I came back in less than 10 minutes and she was working on the lady ahead of me. But then wouldn’t let me go next because someone else signed in after me but sat and waited. Why have a sign in system if you don’t follow who signed in first?! Why ask me to come back if you don’t honor who was there first. Rude and unprofessional."

"Honestly, I was super excited to get my eyelash extensions for the first time ever. I thought it was a great deal since it was cheaper I thought it would just look less full or something and I was fine with that since it was my first time even though I love the more full look and usually wear extreme false lashes. Instead of adhering the lashes to my lashes they were all adhered to my eyelid. I got glue in my eyes more than once because the person doing my lashes had me keep my eyes open the entire time. I was extremely embarrassed with how they turned out. I tipped the woman to be polite because I don't like being confrontational. I got home and I was still kinda excited just cause I thought they'd maybe settle and look nicer but instead when I hugged my boyfriend a lash got caught on his sweatshirt and ripped half of them out, since there was so much glue I may have well just applied falsies and called it a day. I'm extremely sad over this. I tried calling 3 times to ask when a manager would be in with no answer. I'm new to the area, as I just moved to Illinois from Minnesota and I'm very disappointed. I wanted to get my eyebrows threaded as well but I was rushed away. Ugh. I have pictures as well but I can't seem to find how to add them. Will do when I get to my actual computer. Unlikely to return :("
