"The worst experience I have had with this Salon. It should be shut down for good. Their equipment isn’t sterilized properly. I ended up with a nail bed infection. Went to the ER twice. With multiple doctor visits, which went on for 3 months. Eventually I had to remove my nail, because of how severe the infection was. Elaine should be sued for not keeping up with proper hygiene. I had posted this back in October 2023. It was taken down. There should be an option to give this place a zero star. Pathetic! Please please read the reviews before going somewhere, especially to these nail salons, the intense pain that I went through was unbelievable. I wouldn’t be surprised if this post is taken down again!"
