"I’d like to shAre with world on how I was treated by Lesly the owner of lesly’s beauty supply in carpentersville. She did my daughter hair & screwed it up & once I noticed my daughter wasn’t able to even ponytail because on the huge lump that was left in the back of her hair from the huge chunk lesly braided. I reached out to her letting her know. She didn’t acknowledge her poor work she tried defending herself instead. So I asked if she could correct her errors she told me only if I pay. She’s definitely not professional and I won’t spend another dollar at her business."
"Terrible Terrible hair braiding This is the worst service I have ever experienced. If you like sloppy work go to Naida she good at rushing. If quick and sloppy is what you want she's the lady to go to. I would never ever go back there"
"Workers were inexperienced. They did not know how to brush textured hair. They did not appreciate or respect customers. Work was slow and simple box braids took up to 8 hours due to the many breaks they took. Expensive also. Would not recommend. Would rate lower if I could."
