"Went in about a week ago for a brand new full set- had FOUR pop off in less than a week. On top of that, the staff was beyond rude. The man complained when I asked for an extra coat of polish, then told me it was MY fault my gel polish wasn’t drying and dust was sticking, but after me sitting there forever because he WALKED AWAY a different lady came up and switched me to a different table with a different lamp because the first one was BROKEN and THAT is why it wouldn’t dry. I honestly have the say the older man who did my nails is what ruined the experience, as I do give credit to the young lady who apologized on his behalf and worked to try to fix it. Regardless however, the fact four popped off in under a week from a brand new set is quite a problem. Charged me 70 dollars for an almond french tip full set just for them to pop off that fast, and be disrespectful during my service? No thank you."

"My experience started off iffy! The woman who was taking care of me was not the kindest however Mina came to my rescue. She is amazing! When I say she calmed me down that’s an understatement. She paid such close attention to detail! I am obsessed with my nails! I will be going back to her every two weeks for my fill ins ❤️"

"Went the other day thinking of giving this place another try. Never again, the lady that did my pedicure was rude and unprofessional. One comes in to get a pedi or manicure to maybe treat themselves to something nice , one doesn’t come in to be treated poorly or judged."

"This is my 5th time at this place the last time I was here I loved my nails so I specifically asked whats his name and she wrote it down. I came in this morning saw him and 2 guys told me (the name on the card) hasn't worked there in a very long time. I told them he just did my nails they gave me another guy who I dont like because he burns my nails from doing the Dremel to long on my nails. I showed him a picture of the nails I want which was very simple and it came out horribly. I dont like to argue so I paid but will not be returning.. Whoever Tran is that is who I asked for and I seen him so next time if yall read your reviews make sure your staff dont try to take others customers. The lady is so nice and so is Tran ( I posted a pic of what she wrote down)"

"I visited the salon for the first time today and let me tell y'all... Everyone was so very kind and considerate. First and foremost, Amongst all the madness going on in the world at this time the employees not only had masks on themselves but offered and made sure that all customers wore one as well, they were only taking customers by appts and didn't have more than a few people in the salon at a time. Mina took care of me today, I came in for a fill-in and with a few picture references of what I wanted and she helped me decide on the perfect one! I felt very welcomed, the place was very clean, the staff were all friendly, Mina took her time on my nails, made sure I was happy with them and even massaged my hands once she was done. Prices are reasonable and best believe they won me over and have a new customer for life. Can't wait to go back!! Truely recommend Image Nails to everyone..."
