"Unpleasant first experience, first impressions are everything. My mom comes here and says that the person she goes to always does a good job, I probably should’ve booked with that specific person but I wanted a simple French manicure so didn’t think it would be an issue. The lady who did my nails name was Lin I believe, there was no “hello”, no conversation or anything. She didn’t even ask me what shape I wanted my nails or if I wanted them filed down etc. I figured she might’ve been having a bad day and it happens so I understand but it would’ve been more ideal to have someone else assist me. I could tell she was frustrated, she was sighing and moving very fast, she put one layer of white for my French manicure and you could see streaks and honestly right through the white nail polish and then when I was done she kinda just pointed me in the direction of the dryer. Since this was my first time, I wasn’t aware that they did not accept card tips so I told her I would go and get cash and come back to give her, her tip but I think that frustrated her more. I was going to honestly come back but based off of her work and the experience I decided to just leave I couldn’t leave fast enough, I just wanted to be out of the environment. I looked at my hands and decided they needed to be fixed given that I paid for them. The first girl left the entire building as I saw her in the parking lot when I was walking to my car , so when I went back in I had to find someone else. Trang went in and fixed them for me and she was nice, I tipped her when I found out they took zelle. The extra star is for Trang making my experience a bit better but I won’t be coming here anymore. If you look around, you also notice that there is really no conversation between the nail specialists and the customers. First impressions can really make or break your business."

"I have been going to Bravia for years. Their salon is beautiful, there’s tons of colors to choose from and I have no problem making my appointments. Most recently, my work friends surprised me with a surprise birthday party there and we all got pedicures. It was so fun and Bravia was so helpful! We had the best time!!!"
