Our spinach, harvested from one of our high tunnels, is available for purchase at the shed in 1/2# quantities for just $3 per bag. The winter spinach grown at our farm has a unique and delicious flavor, as the plants produce an abundance of sucrose in their cells to survive cooler temperatures.
