"This store is absolutely excellent, the inventory of vinyl is amazing and the employees are very kind to you. My two favorite record stores in San Antonio are Music Connection and Hogwild Records, both of them have a rich history of being from the 80s and both of them have superb music in store. (Mostly in terms of Metal and Rock) You really wouldn’t expect this place to be special because of the shopping center around, but it’s a must try for you audiophiles out there."

"Best place for me so far! Came in looking for some rap/hip hop vinyls and I was not disappointed. The guys up front were nice and very helpful. I had a record thay I wasn't convinced on for a gift and these guys helped me trade it out for a much better pick. I will definitely come here from now on. Great rap selection"

"Stopped by here hoping to find a Nine Inch Nails Album so I wouldn't have to order from Amazon. Not only did they have the album I came for, but the had another NIN album that was sold out on the band's website and cost $90 on Amazon. So as you can see, I think my expectations were not only met, but exceeded. The cashier even instructed me on the proper way to hold the thin shopping bags, so that they would not rip. To me, this showed a high level of understanding and appreciation of the vinyl format, as well as genuine concern for the customer. Great attention to detail. Also got some free posters, I didn't really like them, but that's not the stores fault."

"Wow, if you're looking for older or newer vinyl albums, this is the place to come. The owner was super nice and played a couple of used 45s for us that we bought. Music Connection has a huge amount of vinyl albums, and 45s, I saw older, new, and collectible albums at various prices. It's been a long while since I purchased an album, and the prices are not what they used to be. The albums here are priced similarly priced to albums we saw online and in other record stores. But just because the people behind the register were so nice and that Music Connection has everything you need, this place s one stop shop. The owner also informed us of an upcoming swap meet that was all vinyl and music memorabilia coming up in September. Can't wait to go back to Music Connection."
