"I got the Birria Quesadilla, Nashville Taco,Kungpow Taco and the Philly Cheese steak taco. The Birria Quesadilla was amazing, the meat was juicy and flavorful. The tortilla was tasty and stayed crispy holding all the meat. But the consome was very bland in my opinion. 9/10 Nashville Taco was bland and flavorless. The Ranch on it was delicious but you couldn't taste the Chicken or the Nashville sauce flavor. 5/10 The Kungpow Taco was good. The cilantro rice was fresh/tasty and the sauce on it was delicious but a little to strong. It tasted like a unagi sauce which I love, but I can tell they kinda burned the sauce a little. Which gives it a sour/burnt flavor. But still delicious overall. 7/10 Last but diffently least the Philly. Very bland no flavor at all. I couldn't even taste the peppers, sauce was flavorless 3/10. I will come back and order again. Much respect to the chefs in the back,only took 10 mins to get the food and the presentation was beautiful and I love the uniqueness of the tacos. Overall Social Taco rating 6.5/10"
"This place is INCREDIBLE! I ate here every day when I was staying nearby. Some of the best tacos I’ve had outside of Texas. I tried 5 different tacos and they were all flavorful and unique. My vegetarian friend enjoyed all 4 of the veggie tacos. The chips and queso was a nice side with hot, crispy chips and flavorful queso. The food also comes out super quick. The seating area is nice and spread out with pleasing Edison bulbs for a nice vibe. If you are in the area, then you must try Social Taco."
"Social Birria tacos are a MUST here. If you try them and don't like them, then idk what to tell you. Tried their nachos too and couldn't finish it, so left overs it is for later today. The owner/manager sat down and talked to us for a while. The staff is friendly and the food is just AMAZING!!!! THANK YOU, S.T."
"First time eating here. Ordered several types of tacos and elote. The food was awesome. The chips are fresh and better than at most restaurants. The corn was fresh and sweet. Once they open up the Bloomington/Normal shop, I’ll become a regular! Also the prices are very reasonable for what you’re getting."
