"I got a pedicure today by one of the girls that usually works in the far end. I have had her 2 times and she is horrible. Took her no more than 20 minutes for the deluxe, she is rough, doesn’t do a good job and I won’t go back."

"Nancy was awful. Walk-in pedicure and she said oh the $55 will help this rough on my feet. All pedicures said callous removal but I opted for the better one. She was done in 20 minutes. She was rough. She let no products sit and work as described. But her massage was no firmer than smearing lotion. (Chin spent more time on my daughter's, 9, regular pedi). I asked her to use a bit more pressure with the massage and she mumbled something about soemone strong and did not adjust. When she was done the paint was uneven on several toes. I asked if she could fix those, it was very apparent dark spots where light pink was not layered. She huffed and puffed, asked me to pick a different color, and then took all the paint off. She was being very rough filing the re-polish (not just nails but my toes too) and I asked her to be gentle and told her if she did not want to do it I can wait. She told me "No One has time for you. I'll just do it." - a different male technician mumbled something to her and she started to be more gentle. I watched other technicians take their time with some older clients. They seemed more caring. I mentioned to my step mother how quick it was and another technician said oh yea she's fast.. maybe good if you're in a rush but when I went to relax and I'm spending $55 I expect at least a little bit of time and attention.."

"My experience was terrible. I got a pedicure and manicure. My pedicure was done by a new guy who didn’t know what he was doing it took 2 hours and not in a good way, they had to repaint my toes 4 x before the lady came over to take it all off and do gel while he watched, I didn’t even want gel. And I don’t think they know what a manicure is. She put my hands in cold water and barely snipped any dead skin and did the craziest paint job and I paid $70 for this. Ridiculous, I will never be back"

"When I went there, the older lady that works at the nail salon cut my finger and made it bleed and my nail polish is peeling off. I have never had this happen anywhere else and I will not be going back. Ever. The only reason I am not giving this a one star rating is because when the color first went on, it was beautiful. Now it looks awful. I do not recommend coming to this nail salon. They charged me $50 for nails that look awful."

"I would have to say, this is the best nail salon out there that does do a FANTASTIC job! But other nail salons provide manicure along with dip for the price and I really miss the hand and arm massage I got from other nail salons during any nail package! I will give it a 5 star for making my hands look fabulous always!"
