"I’d rather drive out of my way to a different store location than come in to the Farmington Sally’s…. So I’ve been in this store multiple times and every time has been worse than the last, the staff and so called manager always have an attitude and seem to think their conversations and gossip are more important than the customer. Every time I’m ready to check out I get an eye roll just for walking up to the register. These people have the worst customer service I have ever seen!"

"Horrible management. I get major attitude from the manager Alicia every time I come in. She is truly a miserable person. I also have heard from multiple employees that they are barely trained and given unreasonable expectations. This place needs a new manager and a better team."

"I came into the store 8/24/2023 around the afternoon time the lady working went above and beyond for me. I came in with melted hair basically due to a salon she called a co worker and they helped me find the best thing for my hair and bondbar has been a miracle in one use. The lady who work most likely the closing is my hero and deserves a raise lol thank you so much"
