"My husband went Sunday to get his hair cut. It was really bad the guy did awful. Call the next morning spoke with Tammy. She had him come back in on Monday. She fixed it. It looks so good. She was quick and very polite. As a manager she is everything she was suppose to do. We're not mad at the first person either everyone has a bad day. Thanks guys . Keep up the great customer service and Tammy is GREAT."

"After going to the Crystal City location in MO. and experiencing the very POOR customer service I have experience today. I wanted to share so others could avoid the same.I will not be back and will not be referring any of my friends or relatives to this location as well.We waited 3 hours for services just to be told after two minutes of not responding their unreliable app.that we were taken off the list. The Manager on duty at the time was not at all sympathetic nor professional into bettering the customer experience given. I hope sharing this experience they would take a harder look at how to treat others and to provide better service to their customers. Thank you"
