He is one of your absolute best teammates, a true asset to your franchise. When I, a complete stranger who typically never steps food in fast food establishments, was out for dinner with my elderly family, he provided outstanding, respectful, disciplined, kind, compassionate service that touched my heart. He has character that will take him far. He did not become frustrated with my questions, but instead answered them thoroughly in a kind, gentle, and patient manner, and continued to demonstrate true service as the evening continued, and that is hard to find. Do right by him while you can."
