"Even though you check in in the app it's always double the wait time. Never correct. Plus the stylists hands are not really clean and they smell of body odor. It's unfortunate"
"My husband and son have been using this location for a few years to get haircuts. They had appointments tonight and the ladies cutting hair were terrible. Neither of the ladies listened to what they wanted. The lady cutting my son's hair cut way to much hair off on top, and one side of his head is longer than the other side. My husband's is choppy and not cut correctly. We normally have the same ladies and they rock. Next time we won't make an appointment unless we know they are in the store."
"Jenna did a great job with my haircut! I went into the salon with my hair styled in my natural curls. I wanted about 5 inches cut off and layers added back in. Jenna listened to my request and gave me the exact haircut I was hoping for. I will be sure to request her again for my next cut. Thanks for the great haircut, Jenna!"
"I was disappointed because somehow the twin's last name was put on the receipt incorrectly after I told the person their names. Their haircuts were average. But because of inattentiveness regarding their names I won't be going back to DeSoto Mo Great Clips. Can't trust them now."
