"Posting this review for my mother's experience with the service department. I wanted to share my story because the service department deserves praise for how they handled my issue with an old Acura TL. I won’t go into details, but the work involved was significant and took almost a month to complete. I want to thank Awais Shabbir for being there for me and my car through every step of the process. He was there to take my car in when the tow truck was dropping the car off (late evening when they were closing); he called me when the diagnosis was complete and next steps that can be taken; he provided the loaner I would be driving for the duration of the repair; and he was there to see the car go home. I greatly appreciate the communication, care, and compassion Awais had for my situation throughout the process, and I’m very impressed by the level of service shown by Awais. He truly excelled and exceeded in all aspects. I’m very grateful Awais was my service consultant despite the horrible situation I was in with the car."
