"I always take my car here for service, but it’s ridiculous how they overcharge you for parts. Online Audi oem parts and Audi Morton grove parts show a lower price for parts. And they give you the excuse of saying we lose money so we can’t honor it or we lose money. So basically you should order your parts online and then bring your car back in for them to charge you labor to install or fix it. That is ridiculous, no other company does that. If you were to buy anything from let’s say Best Buy online or in store they honor the cheaper price. This is not the first time this dealership tried to rip a female like me off. Be careful. Makes me never want to take my vehicle here again with the constant issues of ripping me off. Don is the parts manager that says this is an issue they know about but don’t address this to fix on behalf of their customers. That’s what you call bad customer service right there. Other customers complain about this and to do nothing about it."

"Awful as usual. If there was any other closer Audi dealership, we would use it over McGrath. Second bad experience with this place. They never called to tell us that our car was ready and they just left it outside over the weekend of a snow/ice storm. We called to see if it was ready and they kept saying it wasn't....but it actually WAS."
