"I am very disappointed in the Great Clips on New Hallsferry in Florissant. One of the staff refused cut one of my clients hair because she could not get out of her wheelchair. She was friendly to everyone but us. I don't know what was going on because she took a break with a salon fill of customers. We did call ahead seating and still had to wait over an hour."
