"Employee to customer interaction was fine. The lady who cut my hair whom which I don’t remember the name of did an absolutely awful job and at following directions. I specifically asked for a 2 on the sides and to leave the top long but at least trim a bit off (dead ends), but she insisted on cutting it far too short to the point where I can’t even style my hair correctly so now I have to live with this horrible haircut for the next god knows how many weeks. I will not be coming back here most likely ever again. This is not the first time this has happened. I would highly recommend going to somewhere down the road. Save your money for something far better than the sad excuse of a haircut great clips comes to offer."
