"If you want anything that’s not really easy, don’t go here. I was a client of almost 12 years and was told that my now ex-hairdresser will no longer do the coloring that I want because “she isn’t hip enough” and “not confident enough”. She sure was confident enough to do it for the last 10 years. They gossip and make fun of people they find different and some are just plain rude. They will do anything that friends and family wants them to do but if it’s the public, they want easy ins and outs. They don’t care about the clients."
