"I recently had the Liberty Glass team repair a 125 year-old, tornado-damaged, multi-pane round window from our house. The sash/window panes were slightly different sizes. "I set up an appointment a week ago to replace my windshield. Dropped off my vehicle at 7:30 am. Get a phone call 3 hours later to inform me they don't have the glass. Then proceed to tell me I would have to bring it back 4 days later to try again. During this whole process there was zero remorse or sympathy on their end. They were rude. Never even received an apology. Very unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars, I would. EDIT: To the owner that replied, let me know when you hear the audio of a single person saying they are sorry this happened. Also, please review my phone call from the previous day confirming my appointment and availability. A simple apology and acknowledgment from someone from your staff would have gone a long way. I know you won't read this or follow up personally, but it really sucked to be treated that way. You lost a customer for life, including my parents who previously used you for their shower door installations."

"Had them fix a small spider crack in my windshield, was told that I would only be able to see a small dot in the center from where they have to drill. After they got done, I could still see all the cracks, almost as bad as it was before. When I asked the technician, he said that’s the best they can do. I honestly think a couple of the cracks have not even been touched. I told them I was not happy with their work, they still made me pay $50 for a fix that I didn’t get."
