"Called to get my car an appointment for routine sevice. The person very rude on the call. Was told they didn't have availability and to try and keep calling back til they did. Wasn't even willing to give me a timeline as to when they would have an opening. I know people get busy but having some common customer courtesy would be nice."

It's nice to know that Bill at Beebee's Wayne Garage will always be there for me if anything needs repaired. "This is not a public repair shop. I went in there twice asking about an AC issue on my 2011 BMW. The guy there told me to come back next week. Then next week he said it’s too cold he needs a hot day to work on AC. That’s when I realized he is not eager to add any more new customers aside from who he knows. I respect that so I gave him 5 stars."
