"If you enjoy dealing with rude people, this is your place. If you want your dents filled in with so much body filler that their paint pops off after slamming the hatch door shut, this is your place. Time to have another car repaired and it will NOT be going here."
"Supremely impressed with the paintless dent removal (PDR) and buffing work they did on my Outback. The April hail had make it look like a minor golf ball and I also had lots of white scratches on this black car from doing some charity work in a field where corn stalks had made apparently light but lots of noticeable damage. My 2018 vehicle looked new coming from Tredups in 2023 after fixing likely over 50 hail dings. That all the white scratches also buffed out with them was a dream. Customer service on phone and e-mail can be rather old school gruff and terse is the only thing to know going in. But credit where credit is due: the work would be every bit of 5 stars with more politeness in scheduling, insurance questions and interaction."
"Extremely rude- after waiting a week for the owner to get well for my scheduled appointment. My husband, who works 3rd shift and told the owner this, showed up no more than 5 minutes late to an appointment and was turned away because the car was not washed. I don’t see how anyone could possibly trust someone to work on their car after being treated so rudely. No, I would never recommend this place. There are plenty of other places in this town that can care for your car the way it deserves to be treated. This incident speaks volumes. Clearly the owner lacks good customer service skills. This place does not even deserve the one star."

"I stopped by after work last week to get an estimate on front right fender,. Had no appointment,but was able to get estimate. Dropped my 2002 Ford Ranger off this past Monday evening,and they got it done on Tuesday. They did a quick fix,at a inexpensive cost. Truck looks great. Can't even tell it was bent. Great job. Would recommend them."
