"My review is for a safety inspection I had 2 weeks ago. The guy (I think his name is Bill), took care of my vehicle very professionally. Everything went smoothly, I received my sticker and paper work needed. When you get there, you need to go around the building as there is no parking on the front of the shop. I hope I never need it, but if I ever need a tow, I'll give these guys a call."
"My battery was very dead and within 15 minutes of calling Roadside a very polite man came to help me. He had my battery charged within minutes. I would say that deserves 5 stars plus!!"
"My brother came to have an inspection service done for his truck. The service was not completed due to the lack of stickers. First, my brother came for the service and when he arrived, the owner was yelling at our driver. He had to return later to fix one part of the truck. When he came back, there were closed because they had no stickers. He was still charged for the service even though it was not completed. My brother asked for a refund and the owner was very rude. The owner swore and yelled at my brother over the phone. That is not the way to treat a customer. He was beyond disrespectful. There is not even a parking space close by. I do not recommend this place."
