"RUN!! Run far away. I went in wanting a basic trim and was very clear that I needed to pull my hair back for work, so make sure to not cut to too short. My hair is all the same length and I wanted to keep it that way, only taking some length off (to my shoulders). Stylist Amy disrespectfully disregarded my requests. She proceeded to give me bangs that I did NOT ask for. So short that I can no longer pull my hair back without it falling in my face. She also put so called "layers" in my hair that I did NOT want nor ask for. This is the worst haircut I've ever gotten!! It looks like a toddler grabbed some scissors and took out random chunks of hair. Her excuse is that she can do a lot of things, but one thing she cannot do it "make hair one length". If she couldn't do what I asked for she could have simply had someone else cut my hair!!"

"My family and I have been here multiple times for cuts. Always was a positive experience, but nothing wow worthy you know? Get your cut and get out. Except today. Today my 9yr old wanted her hair cut. She's had it short in the past but ended up growing it out during the pandemic. She decided she wanted an undercut with the rest above her shoulders. Our hair stylist, her name is, maybe, Savannah? did such a great job and my daughter had such a good time. My son was in shock when she started shaving my daughter's head, and when she tossed a handful of shaved hair on my daughter's lap, she was SHOCKED that much hair came from her. It was hilarious and such a fun time. To turn something as mundane as a haircut into a fun and funny adventure takes talent, and Savannah went above and beyond. We'll continue coming here for trims and new ideas."

"I always go here because of their decent prices, but today I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Savannah! I went in to have my long, thick hair cut down to shoulder-ish length. When I mentioned that I hate having to layer my hair, she suggested doing something I had never heard of. I was like, go for it, and it came out AMAZING!!! I love love love the length; how light my head feels; everything!!"
