"No help what's so ever they sit in the back doing hair while you're just standing at the register waiting and waiting. You have to call someone to help you. The owner does not know anything about her products but will tell you it's a good product. Her pricing is over the top. She finally got rid of the rude teenager who was working the register. My mother used to go and constantly and waiste money at this place. You will be better off buying online. The hair she sells is terrible. The human hair sheds really bad. Her pricing for all human hair is for someone who doesn't know any better."
"I wasn’t going to leave a review but this is the second time they had a teenager at the front counter. Not paying attention to what she’s doing and just talking on the phone instead of providing customer service… I literally told her what inch I wanted and I got home and realized she gave me the wrong inches. Just hire someone for the front desk and not a 14-15 year old that clearly doesn’t care. I’ve been coming here since ave of the cities. Now the store is closed and I’m forced to go to another store due to a mistake that could’ve been avoid if the little girl was paying attention!!!"

The customer service was awesome they were very helpful. The store is very very clean and well put together. All the products are together for different needs. "I wanted my hair done due to reviews contacted them and sent a picture of how I wanted my hair, the lady said she could do a first row and then we can decide on size and then I will know my price. Never have I ever had someone tell me this. Now I believe the lady who said she got to the register and was charged a different price. This is not professional in my eyes."
