"I've been battling with high psi and no waterfall for months! The pool builder came out at least 20 times, but couldn't get the issue resolved. Stephanie over here told me the original paper filters aren't meant to be cleaned and washed. You're supposed to throw them out and replace them. I bought all new cleanable filters from her and the difference was instant! Thank you!"
"Employees are very helpful, but this location is ALWAYS out of acid it would seem. 3 times in the last 2 months I have arrived only to hear "sorry we're out". This is obviously a problem, so Dear Management: fix it. Your positive helpful employees earn you an extra star, otherwise it's a 1-star rating for me"

"Don’t think I’ve ever heard of a Manager speaking to a customer the way Stephanie of the Cinco Ranch, TX #969 spoke to my wife and young daughter. The young adults that work in this place are always so enjoyable to speak to and work with, but the Manager of this particular location is extremely angry and sad. After she talked down to and yelled at my wife and young daughter in front of the other customers and her employees, Stephanie then asked my wife and young daughter to get out of her store. We’ve spent thousands of dollars there in the last three years, and per Stephanie’s request, my wife and young daughter left the building and took our family’s business with them. Next stop is Facebook Reviews, the BBB and Leslie’s Corporate Office by way of a personal email to Michael Egeck, as well as their corporate media team."
