"The moment I told one lady my water was cold for my pedi and she didn’t fix the problem was when I should have left , it took another lady to assist me. Then the same lady goes in the back and bring a basket of towels and sat in me and my sisters face and starts to fold the towels with another lady when my sister’s feet haven’t even been touched yet. It took for me to say “ excuse me, is someone going to start on her pedi” is when they started speaking their language and someone finally came over by that time her water already cold. Then after the one lady helped me for awhile, the same lady comes over to finish my toes, she dropped her polish about 3times and she was aggressively dipping the brush in the bottle of polish while polishing my toes. So at that point I tell her are you nervous or got an attitude? She says nothing to me. Then I proceeded to say you guys don’t do the cooling gel on the legs with the warm towel because that’s my favorite part of the pedi. Didn’t get that done even when I mentioned it to them. I had to make her stop because her whole Attitude threw me off. At that point I was uncomfortable, felt unwanted and was upset because when you receive this type of service, you want to relax and enjoy your time while there but I felt unwanted, uncomfortable and mistreated. We was the only black girls in there so you tell me how you guys would felt. I am never going back!"

"This is the inspo pic vs what i got. Before she even started i asked if she could do the nails and she said she could. This is how i turned out. I asked if they had the little pearls after she did all the nail art and she said they didn’t have them. I was hoping the pearls would save the nails a bit but they didn’t have any even though i was told they could do it. They charged me $77 for rushed nails that have stuff underneath the paint. I reversed searched some of the pictures of nail art on their website and they got them from google. Do not go here. They are overpriced for rushed work. I am very disappointed."

"Visited on 9/27/23 and I've never been to such a rude nail salon in my life! First time I've ever been there and I will never go back. I didn't know where she was telling me to go or what she was saying then she started to yell at me! Then her and the owner got into an argument. I would never recommend this facility. I paid $158.40 for my daughter and I to have a regular manicure and pedicure. No false nails and I brought my own polish. The finished look was shabby by far. The shop could use a good cleaning too! I did tip but will never return and will definitely never recommend!"

"What i wanted vs what i got. Pretty close. Went to get my nails done for a wedding that I’m in next week. There a just a couple issues this time. Usually when I got they forget to clean up underneath the nails after they have added the fill for the acrylics. Not PERFECTLY symmetrical but that’s ok because she did them by hand and still did pretty darn good. There is a tiny black speck that got into the beige nail I have on my right hand but barely noticeable unless you’re looking closely."
