"My daughter and I had a scheduled appointment on a Tuesday evening. The salon was not busy with what appeared to be less than a handful of customers and more than enough employees, probably 7 or 8. Both of us were in and out of the chair in less than 15 minutes. My nails were barely trimmed, filed or buffed at all. No cuticles trimmed whatsoever. Neither of the nail techs spoke to us to check in and see how we were doing or ask if we liked it, which they typically do. This was a special treat for us and it felt like they were racing to finish, honestly. This was my number one place to go for nails but today was highly disappointing and I'll be going elsewhere."
"The lady at the front claims she the only one that does fillings and says she does not have appointments for two weeks! She did not even try to fit me in, especially coming from out of town! From the looks of it they cannot do nails! I would not recommend this place! I’m very disappointed!"
