"Owner was asked for a sew in with a closure, which she didn't know how to do. I lost so much hair after taking down the braids that I thought it was braiding hair falling out until I remembered she didn't use any. Owner also tried to quote me a different price at the end. But then when I was paying by card she had to use her system to ring me up and couldn't figure out how to make it charge me more. So I paid the normal price. Never again. I am so upset about my hair. I lost months and months of growth. Edit: The owner is very rude as you can tell based on their reply."
