"I stopped in to get an estimate on drilling out a license plate screw which had sheared off and to have him reinstall the interior panel to the back door, which I had removed while attempting to work on the screw. He looked at the vehicle in the parking lot, grabbed some tools, and in less than 15 minutes had the license plate remounted with new screws and new screw receivers, and had the interior panel reinstalled. He was an artist at work. I was very impressed. They were very generous with the bill. I am a small business owner as well and things like this go a long way in my opinion. Customer service is number one and Gonzo's excels at it. Their quality of work is also very impressive. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises. Thank you and great job!"

"Awesome Locally Owned and Operated Shop Offering Outstanding Work. After being involved a collision the other parties insurance was awful to try and work with. GONZO'S took the time to deal with the other parties insurance and get the vehicle scheduled and completed in a very timely manner. He had a rental car ready to roll when I dropped of the vehicle and even detailed out personal vehicle for us after picking it back up. Five stars across the board"

"Gonzo is very professional and more importantly, honest. My daughter was involved in an accident and we took her damaged car to a local, well known body shop. Instead of totaling out the vehicle, they totally underestimated the cost of the repairs for their own financial gain. Gonzo could have very easily done the same thing, but was more worried about the safety of my daughter than his own financial gain. I would definitely recommend his shop to anyone looking for body work and repairs."
