"Had a very good shopping experience at Cyclery &Fitness Center. Found my grandson a new/used Trek at a very good price. Along with gloves and a clearance jersey. Will be back in the future. I now have a new riding partner."

"My hubby and I have matching his and her 10-speeds from 1982 that we purchased brand new. Okay, so about 5 years ago, I decided I needed to make some adjustments to my 10-speed. I am older now and have issues I did not have until the past 10 years. We went in to The Cyclery Shop, I picked out new handlebars and had them install them and do a tune up on my bike. They did a great Job! But I eventually found that what I really needed a totally different bike. So last month, I went back to the shop, looking for a new bike. The woman that waited on me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We found just the right bike for me. I added some additional options (side mirrors, and upgraded to quick shifters), and I was on my way. Love my new bike and highly recommend this shop and their staff!"

"We popped in out of the blue when my rear brake needed new pads and a new cable. They were super accomodating and fit in my repair as we were just biking through. Everyone we talked to was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely nice. He was thorough and even installed a rubber stopper to prevent future water from getting into the cable. Parts and service were inexpensive; I would highly recommend this bike shop."

"When I bought my bike 9 months ago, the people were friendly and helpful. However I just started using it this summer. Its been my only reason to leave the house with the current state of things.. I have been taking it on the paved trails through collinsville, maryville, troy, etc (emphasis on paved). My front tire is already flat. It will hold air long enough to ride, for now, but is flat by the next morning. I think this cost me +$700. It's a Giant Talon with 29in tires, you can look up the cost. After 2 months of paved riding, I have a flat! It supposed to be a mountain bike and it gets a flat on smooth pavement!? I took the tire back up to them and was provided nothing other than the ability to purchase a new tube. No investigation into why the tire is flat, just guesses and the offer to sell me a tube. Now, the cyclery doesn't make the bikes but they do sell them and the quality of their inventory is a reflection on their business. Additionally, seeing no attempt to inspect what went wrong with what they sold me or offer to fix, even for a cost, is also dissapointing. 3 stars instead of less because I have had a few interactions with them over the last 14 years and the majority were positive."
